RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Libas by Hania, each outfit is crafted with care and attention to detail. As most of our products are made to order, we follow a strict quality control process and have a limited return policy.

Made-to-Order Items

All made-to-order articles are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once confirmed and dispatched. This is because each piece is prepared specifically based on the order placed by the customer.

Defective or Incorrect Items

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted in the rare case that:

  • The product delivered is defective, damaged, or faulty, or

  • An incorrect item (different from what was ordered) has been delivered

To be eligible:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Clear images and/or videos of the defect must be shared with our customer support team

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact

Once the claim is verified, Libas by Hania will arrange a replacement or store credit, as deemed appropriate.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Size, fitting, or color variation concerns

  • Minor variations in embroidery, color tone, or fabric texture (as these are part of handcrafted and digital display processes)

  • Delays caused by courier services or customs clearance

To report an issue, please contact us at our official customer support channels with:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Supporting images/videos

Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 working days.
